Multi-media sculptor Alexandra Carr has a new temporary installation at the Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle, County Durham. The installation will be up over the Christmas period and transforms the main staircase in the Museum. Lux Mundi dwells again with the interplay of light, form and matter, themes central to the Ordered Universe, and uses techniques developed in Alexandra’s previous installation at Pembroke College, Oxford, Ether. Make a visit to the Bowes this Christmas and you’ll see it in situ.
