This is a list of all known manuscripts containing Grosseteste’s scientific works and theological and philosophical opuscula to be critically edited and/or translated and studied by the Ordered Universe Project (in boldface) for Oxford University Press, and the Theological and Philosophical Opuscula Project (in italics) for the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies. Editions published by these projects will employ the sigla listed below.
The listing is based on, but corrects or adds to information contained in S. H. Thomson’s catalogue of Grosseteste’s writings and Cecilia Panti’s recent critical editions of the cosmological works and De luce. We are indebted to Philipp Nothaft for information regarding the manuscripts containing the Computus correctorius and corrections to Thomson’s catalogue. An asterisk next to a work’s title indicates that the manuscript in question is not listed in Thomson’s catalogue or, in the case of works Panti has recently reedited, in Panti’s editions. Manuscripts available online can be consulted by clicking the highlighted manuscript name.
We would most be grateful to be notified of any corrections or additions to this list. Please contact Neil Lewis if you have suggestions.
Recent critical editions are noted below in parentheses.

Notes
[1] Thomson (p. 107) lists Bruge 522 as containing the inauthentic Kalendarium – possibly this is the same manuscript (given the closeness of number) and an incorrect ascription.
[2] A modified version of the Sacrobosco-Computus with excerpts from the Computus correctorius.
[3] Once Devon (Pennsylvania), The Library of Boies Penrose, 5.
[4] Modified version of the Sacrobosco-Computus with excerpts from the Computus correctorius.
[5] The incipit given in the Manuscripta Mediaevalia listing indicates that this is authentic.
[6] A modified version of the Sacrobosco-Computus with excerpts from the Computus correctorius.
[7] Listed on the Mirabile website here.
[8] This is the manuscript Thomson lists as London, Goldschmidt Cat. 21, No. 5, a reference to a listing in sales catalogue 21 of the E. P. Goldschmidt Company. Subsequent to this listing the manuscript became part of the Yale Medical Library collection. Oddly, the presence of the Computus correctorius in this manuscript is not noted by Thomson, although the sales catalogue gives the incipit and explicit.
[9] This manuscript appears to be the same as the manuscript D. E. Smith Mathematical Library, Columbia University, 36, as it was purchased with funds from D. E. Smith.
[11] This manuscript was purchased in 1980 from Bonham’s by J. G. Bergat, who then loaned it to the John Hay Library at Brown University. We have not been able to find it via Brown University’s website, but there is a detailed description of it on Bonham’s website here. The incipit indicates that it contains the Computus correctorius.
[12] This reference is from the Mirabile database here. Whether this is Grosseteste’s De sphaera is yet to be determined.
